About the role:
You will be part of the Field Support Team in an omni-channel contact centre environment. Working day shift, Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekend working.
The Field Support Officer will be the first point of contact for our field team and play a key part in supporting them throughout their day. You will ensure that everything is running smoothly, from key pick ups right through to the Compliance Reports being issued to our clients. This role will require strong organisational skills as you will be multi-tasking, monitoring multiple Technicians and completing pre completion tasks.
This role would suit someone with an excellent phone manner, dedicated to assisting our field team to have the best and most efficient day possible.
You'll be working as part of a close-knit Operations Team, in a supportive and engaging environment that embraces change and continuous improvement.
