Field Tech Analyst -Winows OS

This is often a college graduate who is entering the workforce in their field of study. They know basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices for their professional field, but usually have limited experience in applying them outside a classroom setting. They handle detailed problems which require standard solutions. They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team. Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers. Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations. Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery. May act as team lead at times and coach team members. Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proficient in Windows operating system environment. Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required. Strong client service skills. Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
