Field Technician

We are looking for a Field Technician. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Field Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficiency in setting up and configuring IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different client environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.
