Field Technicians

Leading Client is hiring for Field technicians for a short term of 1 -2 weeks! APPLY NOW!

Job details:

Job Scope/Attributes :

1. Unboxing, configure, and setup devices on desk locations.
2. Collect and dispose of boxes/rubbish when and where needed.
3. Moving of old assets where needed.
4. Perform hardware swap (PC/Laptop/Peripherals).
5. Decommissioning - dismantling devices, box, and package for return to base
6. Perform Asset Inventory, Obtain Sign offs and Reporting when needed.
7. Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting on technical issues (PC or network related).
8. Escalation point, for onsite customers on L1 technical issues / setup related.
9. Punctual and able to work on various tasks (includes moving devices, boxes).
10. Local Government Customer Site - Will require someone trustworthy and reliable.
11. Fast learner (someone who can hit the ground running quick as we have very short window to train anyone).
12. 'ability to work in a team environment'

Years of Experience
1 - 3 (IT Experience)
Fresh Grads with positive attitude will be considered but will need to have some basic technical skills or knowledge to meet the criteria. Skills
Basic Networking Skills (LAN)
PC / Laptop Hardware Setup
Printer Setup
Operating System - Windows
Troubleshooting - PC / Laptop / Printer / LAN
