We are seeking Refrigeration Techs & HVAC’s looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time FIFO basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites from Perth Airport, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You’ll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from June 2024.

$106,696 Gross Per Annum = $4,103 Gross every fortnight

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Hold Trade Certificate in Refrigeration
• Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
• Current CPR + LVR (or willing to obtain)
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
• Current WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirable, training available for the right applicant
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
