FIFO - Site Administrator - Immediate Start

Campbell Transport has secured an exciting new contract on a mine site in the Goldfields Region of WA. Partnering with Aurizon, we will be delivering bulk haulage and logistics solutions in one of WA’s largest nickel mines.

We are looking for experienced site administrators to help establish our presence on site and to take on this exciting new project. With experience in a similar role as an absolute must, reporting  the Operations Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

• FIFO 8/6 roster
• Data entry; including payroll, tonnage and updating maintenance records.
• Other ad hoc duties as requested by Management including but not limited to – flight bookings, accommodation arrangements and compliance processing.
• Assisting with enquiries and daily interactions within a large workforce of professional drivers and workshop teams. 

What We Need From You:

• Experience in a similar role
• Some previous data entry experience is advantageous.  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• High attention to detail. 
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
