CLIENT Our client is a well known, successful Pharmaceutical company based close to
Melbourne's CBD. A position has become available to cover 9 month maternity leave.
Boasting modern facilities and state of the art laboratories, our client offers a friendly, supportive work environment and access to parking as well as public transport.
This role allows some hybrid work also.
THE ROLE- Maternity Leave cover for 9 months starting July 2024
Some of the key duties will include:- Financial transactions
- Payroll
- Prepare month end management accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare half year and full year statutory financial statements
- Set up new suppliers in MYOB
- Reconcile creditor ledgers
- Produce invoices to customers
- Prepare monthly BASS statements
SELECTION CRITERIA To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Profficient in Microsoft Excel
- Desirable experience within pharmaceutical Industry
- Proficient use of Expense Manager, MYOB and ADP payroll software
