The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Officer to join our team. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Generate and create client invoices

What You’ll Bring

• More than 1 year of experience in finance and accounts.
• Proficiency in Xero software is highly favourable 
• Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in the aged care or not-for-profit sector is highly favourable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A current police check or willingness to obtain one.
