Job Description - Finance and Insurance Salesperson (Business Manager)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a positive, confident, and open-minded individual who desires to achieve and join our Business Manager (Finance and Insurance) team. 

You will build on your superstar sales skills to deliver finance and insurance options to our customers, work closely with our sales teams and achieve result-driven KPIs.

With an excellent commission structure to reward effort, you will be assured of achieving financial happiness.

Full training, support and guidance from the Group Finance Manager throughout the training period and beyond.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Possess strong personal values
  • Be able to work in a team and alone
  • Strong retail background
  • Motor Vehicle Industry experience preferred but not essential
  • CERT IV in financial services is preferred but not essential
  • Proven sales track record
  • Be familiar with the Company's Policies and Procedures and abide by them
  • Drive your and our success by embracing every customer as a new opportunity
  • Have a 'Customer First' and 'Can Do ' attitude
  • Be process driven
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Have strong presentation, objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Be goal-focused and competitive by nature
  • Be responsible for the income results you produce
  • Be required to undergo Police Check and credit checks

Offering Duties:

  • Offer finance and a full range of insurance products to all eligible customers
  • Ensure that all eligible products are explained in a documented, structured and disciplined way so that customers can make informed decisions
  • Prepare and submit finance applications
  • Comply with finance and insurance legislation, regulations and industry codes
  • To assist the Sales team with finance options

Control Duties:

  • Ensure a Daily Delivery log is up to date at all times
  • To check that all paperwork and documentation is correct
  • To be responsible for the receipting and collection of monies

Forecasting Duties:

To set weekly/ monthly/annual objectives regarding Opportunities, Penetration, &Income.
