Finance Broker - Hiring Fast

About Us

I have been in the broking industry for over 11 years now. I currently have 2 very friendly and efficient staff in my team and am looking to add a 3rd member to our dynamic engine room to assist in scaling up the business. We operate in some of Sydney's most affluent areas, in particular Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney and Inner West. We have an average loan size of $950,000 and receive an enormous amount of business from word of mouth making our jobs a lot more enjoyable dealing with clients that value our service and time. We work hard but also enjoy a having the occasional celebratory lunch/ drinks when targets are met. Qualifications & experience Minimum 2 years industry experience, which could be a candidate that has been involved in the back-end loan processing, i.e - loan packaging, credit analyst.

• An enthusiastic and passionate Finance Broker to join my team. 
• Someone who recognises that mortgage broking is not just about selling home loans, it's about helping people achieve their financial goals and dreams.

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Guide the customers through the loan process, compare and recommend suitable loan products which will meet the clients’ financial needs.
• Handle inquiries for new home loans which we refer directly to you from our extensive existing client data base and referral partnerships.
• Handle any post settlement inquiries which involves re pricing loans, re-structuring loans and re financing.
• Comply with our requirements such as meet with clients that are in our local area, follow up existing inquiries and follow up credit and settlement applications.
• Keep up to date with lender guidelines, procedures, products and sale techniques in your own time.
• Work cohesively with my loan processing staff to ensure client experience is of the highest standard.
