The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of commercial decision-making, balancing operational realities with growth opportunities. You will provide financial leadership, oversee project performance, manage budgets, and advise senior leadership to maximize profitability.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize business performance.
• Monitor project financials, timelines, and quality to ensure commercial success.
• Analyse commercial drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operational teams to align strategy with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics, reporting, dashboards, and ERP implementation projects.
• Deliver variance analysis on key KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities and new revenue streams, and provide actionable insights across multiple sites.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in commercial finance or business partnering.
• CA or CPA preferred, with a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or business.
• Advanced Excel, ERP experience, and strong digital literacy. (MD365 preferred)
• Able to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communicator who can influence and support multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
