Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and commercial guidance. Partnering closely with operational and senior leadership teams, you will help drive performance outcomes and improve business efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business
• Delivering financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support business performance
• Supporting strategic planning and investment decisions
• Driving process improvements and enhancing financial visibility
• Translating financial data into meaningful commercial insights

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially minded finance professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach. You will ideally have proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities are essential, as is a collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and advise. Experience in a project-based environment with a strong understanding of revenue recognition will be highly advantageous.
