About You

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team, bringing a strong background in financial management and business partnering. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a preferred CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Business Partnering role, ideally within a group or multi-business environment.
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems and financial reporting.
• Thorough understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
• Relevant commercial experience in large, complex organisations.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective, collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

About The Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to deliver real-time, accurate financial insights that empower executive leaders and shape commercial outcomes. This is a pivotal role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions to maximise value and manage risk.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support through annual business planning process including budget and forecast preparation and regular progress reporting and ensure appropriate support is provided.

• Support the achievement of Journey Beyond projects across all corporate departments.

• Provide analytical and business case support for investment decisions including financial modelling and scenario analysis.

• Identify, develop and implement documented process improvements.

• Supporting on tracking and reporting cost efficiency measures – ensuring initiatives are implemented and effectively delivering expected results.

• Conduct detailed analysis of spending patterns, cost drivers, and cost allocations, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

• Supporting on ad hoc corporate reporting and analysis and improvements.

• Supporting on other ad hoc corporate projects as required.

• Manage Corporate recharge process.

• Provide support to Corporate Accounting team
