POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Finance Business Partner has been created. This role will support the executive team in providing high level strategic support. A large component of this position will be focussed on feasibility reporting along with the standard duties of a finance business partner.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

CA/CPA + relevant academic qualifications
Experience within the property development, construction or real estate space
Extensive experience within mixed used residential developments
Exceptional accounting experience
Exceptional communication and presentation
Being a team player and ability to contribute to the company culture in a positive manner
