Finance Business Partner - with Great Benefits

This newly created Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role within the finance function, you will partner with key stakeholders across the business and drive strategic commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities   

• Partner and maintain strong relationships with the IT and operations teams across the group.
• Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen financial capabilities and use data-driven insights to support growth opportunities.
• Timely completion of budgeting and quarterly/ad-hoc reforecasting processes plus monthly analysis and commentary

About you:

• A fully qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent)
• 5+  years of commercial analysis experience within FMCG or retail industries will be highly regarded but no means mandatory 
• Advanced user of Miscrosoft Office products, including Excel
• Commercially savvy with experience in analysing data to drive improvements
• Skilled in data visualisation. Able to present complex data sets in easy-to-digest and easy-to-understand visual formats
• A collaborative, proactive and engaging style that enables you to work alongside the wider business and external parties
