About the Role

I'm currently partnering with an Industrial Equipment Manufacturing & Services business, looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This role suits a hands-on finance professional with strong technical capability and proven experience working through change, integration, or transformation environments. The position combines project-based delivery with long-term operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial integration of a newly acquired business, including systems, processes, and controls
Manage month-end close and oversee core accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets)
Prepare management and statutory reporting with variance analysis
Ensure compliance with group policies, IFRS, and internal controls
Partner with stakeholders and drive ongoing process improvement

Skills and experience

CPA/CA/ACCA
Experience managing a team of 4+ direct reports
ERP Systems experience needed
Deep understanding of IFRS
