We're partnering with a high-growth, ASX listed mid-cap business to appoint a Finance Manager into a pivotal role within the group finance function.

This is a broad, hands-on position working closely with an experienced CFO and senior leadership team, with real influence across financial performance, decision-making, and the ongoing build of a scalable finance function.

The role:

• Lead end-to-end financial operations including month end, reporting, audit and statutory compliance
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and performance analysis
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk frameworks
• Drive improvements across systems, reporting and finance processes
• Lead and develop a small, capable finance team

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified with a strong technical grounding
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Australian reporting and compliance requirements
• Commercially minded, able to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
