The Role:
Reporting to the CFO of this diverse global business, it will allow you to impact, take ownership with the opportunity to work with multiple entities.  This is a pivotal role for the business which forms part of the leadership team.  There is a clear path for succession planning within the next 3-5 years to take the next step in your career.  The role will have you responsible for the following:

• Mentor and motivate a team of 6
• Manage the financial operations
• Manage cash flow projections and optimise working capital
• Responsible for month end, budgets, forecast and financial year end activities
• Provide Financial insights
• Responsible for financial audit activities with external auditors
• Maintain internal control and process improvements

Skills & Experience:
As the desired candidate you will possess a CA/CPA qualification with experience within either a large manufacturing/engineering or construction business.  Your experience will also include working in a complex environment with multiple businesses and entities, you will be a 'hands on' individual who is passionate about getting the job done.  Your leadership style is to lead from the front, empower and develop.  Experience will be desirable if you have been involved in a system implementation as they embark on a new system (Microsoft Dynamics).
