About the Role:We are seeking an inspirational Finance Manager with an entrepreneurial and business mindset. Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high level of support, analysis, and reports to the department heads.
- Offer quality advice on income recognition and reconciliations
- Ensure the accuracy of the end-of-month reporting process, including the preparation of month-end journals and reconciliations.
- Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations within required timeframes.
- Assist in meeting external regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger and Payroll system.
- Complete monthly financial adjustments and accruals.
- Ensure that internal and external financial reporting requirements are met.
- Identifying and resolution of transaction and accounting issues.
- Gross Sales reporting.
- Inventory Reporting.
- Stock Provision Reporting.
Your Profile:- At least 5 years prior experience in a similar position and exposure to leading a team
- Strong business generalist across finance and operations
- Strong leader and developer of values and culture.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Likes to be creative and do things differently to stand out in a positive way.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work and decision-making.
- Qualifications in business management or associated qualifications, diplomas, degrees or certificates; a Master of Business Administration would be viewed as an advantage.
- Experience in financial management with proven ability to interact with others in the day to day business management activities required in a busy multifaceted health sector environment
