Our client is looking for a finance officer to join the team on a permanent basis, and is open to full-time and part-time candidates.

Your new role
Your work will help ensure smooth billing, timely collections and accurate records. No two days will look the same, and you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Maintaining service related charges and ensuring accurate updates to records
• Monitoring and updating the rates calendar to support annual and instalment cycles
• Processing payments, direct debits, adjustments, refunds and related transactions
• Assisting with the collection of outstanding payments and applying interest where appropriate
• Updating pensioner information in line with relevant regulations and processing associated claims
• Maintaining registers,
• Conducting title and data searches when required
• Preparing routine documentation, orders and requisitions
• Providing clear, professional advice to clients and internal stakeholders
• Offering support to other finance team members when needed
• Contributing ideas and recommendations for improvements to procedures
