Finance Officer

The Company

The Role

Reporting directly to the Team Lead, the role will include but not be limited to:

Accounts Payable duties:

• Management of relationships with suppliers
• Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
• Statement reconciliations
• Processing credit card account reconciliations
• Managing cash expense claim processing

Accounts Receivable duties:

• Setting up new accounts and monthly invoicing 
• Processing invoices/credit notes
• Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
• Reconciling debtor accounts as well as;
• Receipting/Banking 

Due to the nature of this role, you will have exposure to the wider finance team, and pending your interest, the role can change and evolve to best suit your skillset!
  
Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize own work, and have excellent time management skills
• Large systems knowledge and intermediate Excel skills highly advantageous
