Launceston Church Grammar School is an Anglican co-educational day and boarding school in northern Tasmania. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and professional individual to join our Finance team. This is a client-facing role that involves liaising with staff, students, parents, and other community members. The primary responsibility is the efficient processing of accounts receivable, including billing, receipting, and reconciliation of parent accounts.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will support and enhance the Finance Team's operations, particularly in managing accounts receivable and debtor follow-ups.
This role is permanent, full time, 1 FTE position. The successful applicant will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm and is based at our Senior Campus in Mowbray, Tasmania.
