What will my day to day look like?
You'll be working in the Originations Team who mainly deal with Margin Lending/ Pre-trade operations, processing international shares and managing options products.
You will mainly be involved with creating new customer accounts and onboarding new customers onto the stockbroking platform. This role involves data entry, document/information processing, updating client records, completing KYC checks and sometimes processing of payments.
You'll also:
- Provide superior levels of internal customer service by responding to and managing stakeholder enquiries in a back end capacity
- Identify opportunities to improve the processes
- Undertake investigations in respect to stakeholder requests and/or as a result of exception based issues
- Contribute to and/or complete data reconciliations
- Process applications within agreed turnaround times
- Complete general administrative duties as required
- Practise prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks
What skills do I need?
You are a recent graduate with a passion and interest in the Stockbroking/Financial Markets industry. You are motivated to learn and work hard in a fast paced, high volume environment.
You also have:
- Administration/back-office operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong processing skills and high attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Great technological skills
