Full time permanent position 

Wentworth Shire Council has an excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join the Corporate Services in Wentworth. 

Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, this position will provide accurate, timely and transparent financial information, analysis and advice to support informed business decisions. To be successful in this position, you will have a high attention to detail, be suitably qualified and capable of undertaking financial and accounting tasks in an accurate and timely manner. 

This position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three month probation period and a commencement salary of $94,957.20 plus 11.5% superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a fit for assessment/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
