Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team. They will work alongside the Director of the business and be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and ongoing investment advice to part of the existing client base.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and onboarding new clients to the business.
- Helping existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Developing personalised financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Providing ongoing financial guidance and education to clients as required.
- Monitoring and reviewing client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their financial goals and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service, communication, and trustworthiness.
- Adhering to all systems, processes and compliance obligations.
- Maintaining a high level of education.
Requirements
- A FASEA approved Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and client confidentiality.
- FAAA membership preferred.
