About the role

You'll be the financial backbone connecting the numbers to the business. Reporting to the CFO you'll be involved in month-end close, driving budgeting and forecasting, and making sure every part of the organisation understands its financial performance. You'll enjoy working solo and owning FP&A end-to-end without a broader team around you.

What you'll do:

• Support the month-end financial close process alongside the wider finance team
• Lead monthly financial reporting to the business, and reporting to the Board and ELT
• Own the internal budgeting and forecasting process and its supporting deliverables
• Review financial results for commercial accuracy and lead internal program reporting
• Partner with departments across the business to improve operational efficiency
• Support external reporting, including results presentations and investor materials
• Recommend and implement process and AI-driven improvements to data flow and integrity
• Provide financial support for commercial deals, tenders and growth initiatives led by the CFO

A note on the role: given our global operations, some early mornings or evenings may be needed to support the business.

About You

You're a qualified accountant who's comfortable moving between detailed analysis and business partnering, and who wants a role with real visibility across the organisation.

You'll bring:

• Qualified accountant with up to 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication with confident stakeholder engagement
• An analytical, critical-thinking approach to problem solving
• High attention to detail and the ability to translate data into insight
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with NetSuite, NSPB and PowerQuery
• A track record of driving process improvement or automation initiatives
