Essential Safety Solutions

Essential Safety Solutions is a national fire servicing company established in 2012. ESS is experiencing ongoing growth in the fire industry and is looking a detailed oriented person to join our compliance team.

The role would be best suited to a candidate with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. Extensive training will be provided for this role.

To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, organised, have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication and have strong attention to detail.  

 

We are looking for:

We are seeking a Compliance Admin Support to help support our Compliance division with an immediate start for the successful applicant. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in administration-based role, experience in service-based organisation or job quoting is a bonus.

To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication, have strong attention to detail. 

The Compliance Officer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Document control
  • Audit test reports to ensure the correct information has been documented
  • Defect Quotations
  • Schedule appointments
  • Respond to client requests
  • Data processing and maintenance of our database
  • Have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and other CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Uptick not essential but advantageous 

 

This role is suited to a person looking for long term employment.
