We are expanding our compliance staff to meet our growing and diverse client base and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our field team. 

About the Role: Join our dynamic team at AESG as a Fire & Essential Safety Measures Auditor/Inspector, serving a diverse portfolio of properties across Melbourne, with your focus in the western suburbs. As a key member of our field team, you will have the autonomy to create and manage your own schedule while conducting thorough audits and generating compliance reports for our valued clients. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed audits and inspections of facilities to assess compliance with fire safety regulations and essential safety measures.
2. Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and compliance status for our clients (such as Owners Corporations, Property Managers, Government Councils etc.)
3. Reviewing assigned tasks, organising, and coordinating appointments with tenants and managing your own schedule. 
4. Keeping up to date with changes in fire safety regulations and essential safety measures, ensuring continuous compliance and recommending improvements.

Requirements: 

• Sound knowledge of buildings and their systems is highly regarded.
• Background in Essential Safety Measures is advantageous.
• Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in smartphone usage.
• Valid driver's license is essential.
• National police check and working with children check are required.
