Superior Fire Systems is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor or Service Co Ordinator that is looking to take the next step up to the Service Managers role within our busy Fire Protection company.
What I'm looking for:
- Experience in the use of “Uptick” (or Firemate) data base use.
- Experienced in the servicing & maintenance of fire systems and related services.
- 2+ year’s experience in Supervisor, Service Management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of servicing fire protection systems, and the relevant Australian Standards AS1851.
- Assist with Invoicing (Via Uptick)
- Ideally hold or working to obtain FPAS accreditation.
What to expect:
- Good support from experienced friendly staff.
- Office located in Belrose area.
- Area of sites - Sydney Metro / NSW Country.
- Report to the Director and indirectly working with associated division managers.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Communicate with clients, quote repairs and minor contracts ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
