This role will be based at our ByfordQuarry, WA. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers hours as follows: 0600– 1700 (Monday – Friday) with occasional overtime as required.What you will be doing:Provide engineered maintenance solutions to fixed plant equipment using relevant skills.Conduct routine chute & feeder inspections.Enter and work in confined spaces.Work at heights.Monitor hot work fire watch.Assist with general metal work (cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.)Support plant housekeeping and clean up.Conduct risk assessments for tasks being undertaken (including rescue & lift plans)A little bit about you:You have experience, preferably mining but heavy industry is what we need.Trade qualification would be great but if you've got plenty of experience, we'll still consider youWAH, LF and First Aid ticketsEWP, CN and Dogging/Rigging tickets would be nice to have tooHanson Australia isan equal opportunity employer, and we employ people from all walks of life.We’re all individuals and we encourage applications from IndigenousAustralians, people with disability, those from diverse cultural backgrounds,LGBTQI+ community.
