The Role:

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Flange Management Coordinator to join our team in Gladstone. This is a full-time position. This role is the focal point for all Flange Management related matters on projects, including the management of equipment and resources, overseeing and leading the Flange Management work and team.

Essential for the role:

• Proactively lead and participate in Safety, Quality, Risk Management & improvement opportunities, including audits, inspections and observations

• Ensure all employees, including subcontractors are adequately trained in Flange Management Procedures, and possess the appropriate qualifications, experience for the tasks they perform as required by the client and EnerMech Standards
• Responsible for the co-ordination of assigned work in their area.
• Ensure Bolting Technicians follow all relevant safety requirements, work procedures and best work practices.
• Ensure equipment complies with inspection/calibration requirements.
• Correct completion of all FM documentation and liaise with EnerMech QA/QC inspector, SIM Co-Ordinator and/or Joint Integrity Engineer
• Provide detailed planning of works to ensure sufficient resources, equipment and materials are available to execute works and are fully utilised.
• Provide effective support to FM field personnel to ensure safe and quality performance outcomes.
• Carry out in field audits of completed works to ensure compliance.
• Provide support and advice to field teams in the execution of works

To be successful in this role you it is essential that you:

• Certified Flange Management competency
• Proven field and supervisory FM experience
• White Card
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams
• Demonstrated experience in planning & executing flange management scopes
• Proven ability to effectively lead and work within teams
• Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to detail reports, emails, Microsoft Office
• Mechanical completions & QA/QC Processes (Advantageous)
• Experienced in on Site Machining & Rotating Equipment (Advantageous)
• Operate “Simpro” (Flange management Software) Data base.

• Hourly rate all hours paid $55 - $60 depending on experience
• Consistent over time on offer
• Weekly Pay
• Higher rate when working on Curtis Island
