FLEET CONTROLLER/ DRIVER LIAISON - Dynamic Team

Civic Transport group is entering an exciting stage in Perth and has an immediate opportunity for a Courier/Taxi Truck Fleet Controller to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team to work in the Driver Liaison Department.

Located in Welshpool, this role involves the management of the company's courier fleet with time-critical freight. It will suit a well-presented, responsible individual who is totally new to the industry and is willing to learn or someone with some ad-hoc transport awareness or experience. This is a career opportunity and full ongoing training will be provided. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with sub-contract owner-drivers
• Assisting in training new drivers and ongoing driver support
• Meeting performance standards
• Reporting and solving problems with the help of the customer service team

The successful applicant will be focused, and service-oriented, with the ability to work steadily in a fast-paced time-critical environment. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously using initiative as well as ensuring procedures are consistently followed resulting in our customers' expectations continuing to be exceeded.
