We are seeking a
Front of House Manager to lead our talented Front of House team at our Armadale venue. Our High Street venue is a welcoming, light-filled space where you'll have the opportunity to lead, guide and inspire a close-knit team towards success in 2024 and beyond.

You are;
- A calm and consistent collaborator who enjoys curating exceptional guest experiences
- An accessible and empathetic communicator who values building a positive work environment
- A skilled trainer who can enact effective development (product knowledge, job related task performance) of team members that meet and exceed Lune’s objectives through individual and team performance
- Adept at effective performance management
- Experienced in leadership (at least 2 years) as a Manager within a hospitality-focused service industry, with tenure of 1.5 years minimum at one venue
- An interest in coffee, with special consideration given to applicants with experience in leading a coffee program
- Passionate about our product, with a good understanding of the Lune brand
