Food and Beverage Attendant

Situated in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, with views out over the river to Southbank, the ibis Styles Brisbane is a modern, stylish hotel catering for both business and leisure guests. With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are bright, colourful, stylish and due to internal movements, we are looking for our next Casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team in The Social Restaurant and conferencing.

With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing job tasks, this role has plenty of variety. 

You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Supervisors and the Operations Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your role includes the following tasks:

• Greeting and taking orders
• Cleaning and refilling buffet/coffee items
• Making Coffees
• Keeping the restaurant clean and tidy
• working independently on shifts
• setting up/ Refilling/cleaning conference areas

This is a Casual, offering hours dependant on occupancy of the hotel. Your hours will vary between 5.30am through to 9.30pm depending on the shift and you will be required to work weekends and public holidays.

• Barista trained would be a plus
• Previous F&B experience in a hotel environment would be advantageous
• Bright, bubbly personality and loves to work with people
• Curiosity and care are two of your personality traits
• Passionate about exceptional guest experiences
• RSA required
• Full Australian Working Rights Required - this role is not available for sponsorship
