Bring your experience, passion, and certifications to our vibrant, family-friendly café at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort - where every shift is a chance to serve up something special!

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a big smile, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with outstanding customer service
• Craft quality coffees - your barista skills will make every cup memorable
• Prepare and cook meals, assisting with all aspects of kitchen operations
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly (RSA required)
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and hygienic environment in line with food safety standards
• Clear and clean tables to keep the café inviting
• Attend team meetings and assist with other duties as needed by the Café Manager
• Be flexible and available to work shifts across weekdays and weekends

What You'll Bring

• Proven barista experience—you know your way around an espresso machine
• Food Handling Certificate and demonstrated knowledge of safe food practices
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Experience in meal preparation and cooking in a café, restaurant, or similar environment
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming workspace
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our café’s opening hours:
  • Sunday to Thursday: 7.30am - 2.30pm
  • Friday & Saturday: 7.30am - 8pm
