Food & Beverage Attendant

The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. With 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unforgettable coastal experience.

Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we’re assembling a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences!

We are currently seeking casual Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver outstanding service in our modern dining venues with breathtaking ocean views.

This role is perfect for locals or those relocating from Perth. Due to limited staff accommodation, we encourage applications from couples or individuals with their own housing arrangements.

Be part of our opening team at this newly redeveloped resort and work alongside hospitality professionals from around the world to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.

What will you be doing?

• Greeting & serving guests with exceptional customer service in our restaurant, bar, and alfresco dining spaces.

• Taking orders & delivering food & beverages to tables.

• Preparing & serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Clearing tables & maintaining cleanliness of linen, cutlery, crockery, & glassware.

• Handling payments accurately via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

• Supporting the team with additional duties as required.

What are we looking for in you?

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.

• Excellent customer service & communication skills.

• Ability to work across varied shifts, including weekends & public holidays.

• A positive attitude & willingness to be part of an exciting new resort opening.
