We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Breakfast Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Bacar Restaurant. This role focuses exclusively on breakfast service, ensuring our guests start their day with exceptional hospitality and a memorable meal.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome and seat guests, taking accurate orders and assisting with menu recommendations.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are maintained.

• Anticipate guest needs, offering personalised service and upselling where appropriate.

• Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, following opening and service procedures.

• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.

• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience (restaurant or café preferred).

• A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.

• The ability to work early morning shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A professional appearance and commitment to high service standards.

• Knowledge of food safety practices (preferred).
