Our restaurant The Kitchen and the Bravo Bar, are seeking casuals to work in our fast paced a la carte alfresco dining and bar experience known for its bold décor, quality food and exceptional service.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: 

• Full availability, including nights and weekends.
• Fantastic teamwork skills
• An energetic & enthusiastic approach in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent presentation standards
• RSA with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

• Sell by recommendation and through product knowledge: food and beverages.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the food service and the restaurant dining area.
• Make and sell coffees to a high standard as requested.
• Ensure all tables are regularly cleared of used crockery and cutlery.
• Clean and reset tables in anticipation of next customer.
• Take drink orders and provide table service according to established procedures.
• Ensure basic food preparation and hygienic handling requirements are met.
• Notify Team Leader of any necessary re-filling, concerns, or member feedback.
• Use and sign cleaning rosters for bar glasses and general cleaning duties.
• Minimise financial loss and waste, e.g., ensure all crockery and glassware is securely locked away after each shift.
• Ensure a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is maintained. 
• Ensure the work environment complies with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
• Ensure the environment is conducive to customer satisfaction- i.e., lights, music, air-conditioning, heaters, fans, blinds, and windows.
