From weddings and conferences to wine tastings and relaxed meals, you’ll be part of a vibrant team that brings energy, professionalism, and warmth to every service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure accuracy at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining and service areas.
• Assist in event setups, pack downs, and general F&B operations.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and RSA guidelines.
• Handle guest enquiries with confidence and care.

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
