The Role

We’re seeking a creative and forward-thinking leader who embraces challenge and brings fresh ideas to the table. With a passion for mixology and an eye for contemporary trends, you’ll elevate our beverage program—setting new standards in service, style and innovation!

Reporting to the General Manager – Bars, Lounge & Nightlife, you’ll curate exceptional guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of venues. You’ll be empowered to introduce bold concepts, champion innovation and lead transformational change—positioning Crown as a progressive market leader in the bar and beverage space.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple beverage-focused venues, including both premium cocktail lounges and high-energy casual bars, ensuring exceptional service and product delivery
• Shape and execute the beverage strategy as part of the broader F&B business plan, aligning with key drivers and objectives to elevate the guest experience
• Achieve financial and non-financial KPIs across outlets including full P&L accountability while identifying bold opportunities for growth and innovation
• Lead, inspire and mentor a dynamic team of bar and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence and continuous development
• Monitor and optimise financial performance through strategic budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
• Spearhead innovation in beverage offerings and menu design, leveraging mixology expertise and trend insights to deliver cutting-edge experiences that set Crown apart as a market leader

Key Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in managing multi-venue bar or beverage operations, ideally within premium hospitality environments
• Strong background in mixology, beverage curation and product knowledge
• A progressive mindset with a passion for innovation and trend-setting in the beverage space
• High-level business acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• A hands-on, energetic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and motivates teams to exceed expectations
• Ability to influence culture, drive change and lead with authenticity and vision
