We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded professional to join our team in the position of Food & Beverage Outlet Manager in Akoya.

What You’ll Do

As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of Akoya.  Your key accountabilities will include ensuring guest experience and loyalty, overseeing quality, engaging and supporting colleagues, and driving profitability and productivity.

You will manage the overall functions of the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of service, and implement strategies for revenue generation and cost minimisation.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in the role you will have been in a Restaurant or Venue Manager in a similar venue, and have proven experience in leadership and customer service, be a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.


• Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar are highly regarded.


• Superior grooming and presentation;


• Relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, First Aid) are a plus.
