The existing accommodation and facilities have undergone significant enhancements, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests. • Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing, and outside catering area.
• Responsible for ensuring that all F&B expenses are in line with department budgetary expectations.
• Liaise with the Conference & Banqueting team to understand BEO and function requirements.
• Ensure staff are competent in menu, dietary, and allergens knowledge. Ensure staff have some understanding of beverages and wine list and are competent to make suggestions as required.
• Ensure staff are aware of current promotions and are able to maximize sales to guests.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Micros knowledge desirable.
