Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor located in the Heart of Australia.

• Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments
• Running the Shift and supervising staff in efficiently serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by acting proactively, and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period
• Lead & train Food & Beverage staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in placing orders and stock control

The Salary range on offer for this role is 66,000 - 72,000 or $33.50 - $36.50 per hour

What you will bring to the role:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage with proven experience leading a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence others
• Demonstrated leadership and team working skills, and able to manage schedules
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, and resolve guest feedback
• Understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory and ordering
• A passion for Food & Beverage with the drive to excel your career.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol
