We’re seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. This full-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and events
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide outstanding service
• Ensure smooth shift operations, from staff allocation to guest satisfaction
• Uphold compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering, ordering, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
