BESIX Watpac is seeking a Foreman to join our team to deliver a commercial project in Maroochydore.  Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will be responsible for:

• Organising on a daily and weekly basis the sequencing of on-site activities, including the co-ordination of materials, equipment and personnel.
• In consultation with the Site Manager, allocating necessary site staff and resources and ensuring that all the resources for the project are available when required.
• Reviewing the construction programme with the Site Manager, re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.
• Ensuring that the Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance are implemented at the work face.
• Ensuring compliance with standards and contract documents.

The incumbent in this role will require:

• Qualifications in building/construction, or a trade qualification in a construction related field.
• Demonstrated success supervising the delivery of large commercial or industrial building projects within time, cost and quality requirements.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
