The Role

They are now looking for a Foreman to deliver residential projects in Sydney's exclusive areas. Duties will include;

• All aspects of OHS
• Managing subcontractors
• Set Out
• Developing and adjusting programe
• Order materials and plant equipment
• Assisting with RFI's and quality control.

We are looking for a driven Foreman who takes ownership of the projects. You will be proactive by nature and enjoy seeing quality finishes delivered on every project.

The Requirements

• Trade and / or tertiary qualifications in construction.
• A portfolio of residential projects
• A strong work history
• Reliable references
