Forklift / Logistics Operator - Urgent Position

Studio Steel is a family owned business on a huge growth trajectory.  Due to our reputation of delivering quality work safely and on-time we have a huge pipeline of won work to deliver for large builders across South East Queensland and we need more people to join our team!

The key duties for this role include:

1. Ability to load and unload trucks safely using a forklift
2. Ability to operate forklift to move steel around the factory yard and worklshops
3. Ability to assist with industrial sand-blasting and general operational requirements
4. Current MC or HC truck licence to deliver steel to our projects across SEQ

The following competencies are required:

1. Safety focused - this is our only non negotiable
2. Ability to perform all of the above key duties
3. Strong attention to detail, our game is one of millimeters
4. Excellent planning and problem solving skills
5. Must have the ability to work autonomously or in small teams
