Forklift Operators, Fruit Bagging Machine Operators, and Pick Packers - Opportunity to Make a Differ

Our client, a leading fruit and vegetable wholesaler based in the bustling Rocklea Markets, is currently seeking passionate individuals to fill several key roles across various shifts. Forklift Operator rate: $29.85 ph, 4.30 am- 6 am starts, 8 hour shifts Mon to Fri, plus OT. OT is $33.42- $41.77 ph.

Machinery operator rate: $29.04 ph, 4.30 am- 6 am starts, 8 hour shifts Mon to Fri, plus OT. OT is $32.52- $40.65 ph.

Experienced Forklift Drivers:

• Are you a skilled forklift operator with a keen eye for safety and efficiency? We are seeking experienced forklift drivers to join our team. Responsibilities include loading and unloading produce, transporting goods within the warehouse, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Fruit Bagging Machinery Operators/ Pick Packers:

• Do you have experience operating machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting? OR pick packing in a fruit and veg environment? Our client is looking for machinery operators to assist in the processing and handling of fresh fruits and vegetables. Candidates must demonstrate good literacy and numeracy and be detail-oriented to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the fresh produce or warehouse industry is essential.
• Valid forklift license and experience for forklift driver positions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
