Do something that moves you

• ·         Safety: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all team members. 
• ·         Precision Operations: Handle raw material inputs, set up, and operate formulation and milling equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• ·         Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards in product quality and ensure compliance with safety protocols in every step of the process.
• ·         Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Identify and resolve production issues alongside engineering and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• ·         Continuous Improvement: Participate in process optimisation, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation.

Does this sound like you?

• ·         A background in chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries (preferred).
• ·         Have a positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• ·         Be a team player who communicates effectively and fosters a collaborative work culture.
• ·         Willingness to take ownership of your role while supporting team accountability.
• ·         Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery.
• ·         Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment.
• ·         Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions regarding workplace documentation, such as SOPs, Operator Manuals, Work Instructions, etc.
