The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact FP&A leadership role at the centre of the business.

You'll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance and influencing key commercial decisions across the organisation. This is a true business partnering position with exposure to senior leadership, investors and global stakeholders.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc M&A activity, long-term strategic planning and the ongoing evolution of the company's data and analytics capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group FP&A function, delivering high-quality monthly reporting, board packs and SaaS performance insights
• Own and develop SaaS metrics and KPIs to drive deeper understanding of business performance
• Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations to support decision-making and performance improvement
• Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting and 3-way financial models, aligned to strategic objectives
• Provide commercial insight and analysis to identify opportunities, optimise costs and improve profitability
• Drive improvements in reporting, systems and financial processes across the business
• Champion data-driven decision making, including ownership of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and collaboration with data teams
• Support the CFO on M&A activity, business cases and strategic initiatives
• Lead and mentor junior team members, building capability across FP&A and analytics

About You

You're a commercially minded FP&A professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Proven experience in FP&A / commercial finance, ideally within SaaS, tech or a high-growth business
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue models
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into clear commercial insights
• Experience working in private equity-backed or investor-led environments (highly regarded)
• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake, etc.) and data-driven environments
• A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in driving business performance
